I was disheartened by the way the local government of San Mateo, Rizal and other non-government organisations distribute relief goods to the victims of the flood that the typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana) caused. The victims also have the right to demand equal distribution of aid as opposed to having a preselected group of people in mind before giving relief goods.
